We have introduced a piece of software to help us with support. It's called our eSupport Support Centre. If you have a question you'd like to ask, please ask it via this support centre. This will ensure that we keep track of
your question.
The new Support Centre also contains a knowledge base. We'll gradually be transferring the contents of the Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) page, into this new system. The good thing is, when you're aking your question in the new system, it automatically
searches through the knowledgebase and suggests articles.
Why did we need it?
If you've emailed support in the past, you may have got mixed results. Some emails have been answered in 24 or 48 hours, others
wait longer. Gradually, as our customer base has grown, we've found it harder and harder to keep track of the volume of support
email we now receive. Also, we've often found we're answering the same questions again and again. This means other customers
are waiting longer for responses.
Furthermore, because our support was taking developer time, it directly got in the way of making further enhancements and
improvements.
The new system aims to help everyone more efficiently.
