NoteStudio 2.0.1 can be installed straight over the top of 2.0.0.

As a safety precaution, we recommend backing up your library first.

From the library panel, select 'Tools/Plugins/Backup Library'.

This will back up your entire library to C:\tmp\backupYYYYMMDDHHMMSS\library.xml.

(all those letters make a timestamp, if you're wondering)

As a double-precaution, also back-up your

{palm directory}/username/notestudio directory.

Typically, if your name is Fred Bloggs, this will be at:

C:\Program Files\Palm\BloggsF\notestudio

C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld\FredB\notestudio

or something similar.

If (and only if) you haven't upgraded from version 1 (WikiWorld) yet, you should follow the instructions at:
