My Palm is not synching with my Mac. What's wrong?
Here are a few things to look at:
Missing Sync
Note Studio requires 'Missing Sync', from markspace (http://www.markspace.com). After Palm stopped specifically supporting the OSX platform, going to Missing Synch was the only way we could develop our
conduit, and be assured that our conduit would keep working in future. We have found Missing Sync to be a reliable piece of
software which is easy to use. We can also confirm that they provide good support.
If you do not have Missing Sync, you can not synch Note Studio between your Mac and your Palm.
MemoPad
Some people report that moving the MakeSpace MemoPad conduit out of the conduit directory fixes the problem.
There have been some reports of interference between the MemoPad conduit and the Note Studio conduit. This only affects some
users, and we have not yet found the cause of this problem.
Sync Properties
Did you know that each collection has a setting indicating whether or not it should be synchronized with the Palm? From the
Library Panel, Choose 'Collection'/'Edit Collection Properties'. You should ensure this is set for any collection you want
to synchronize with the Palm.
