Why is Navigation suddenly so slow?
Check that your Navigator panel is not "Back-Links" view. Back-links take quite a while to calculate, and they are recalculated
each time you change page. So if you're navigating around in back-links mode, this can slow down navigation, especially if
your book is large, or coming off a slow source (eg USB drive, across a network, etc).
To speed it up, set your navigator panel to show "All Pages".
