When I download the Palm-only version, I have to choose between PC and Mac. Why?
Even the Palm-only version of Note Studio installs its own conduit. Because we need to install a conduit, and we have a different
conduit for PC and Mac, we need to know which installer to provide. The .prc file itself is the same, regardless of which
download you get.
The reason Note Studio provides its own conduit is for compatibility with the desktop versions. The desktop versions have
their own method of storing Note Studio data, different from the handheld version. Having a Note Studio conduit allows the
data to be stored on the Desktop in the proper desktop format. Later, if you ever install the desktop version, you will have
access to all your Palm data.
