Getting the raw sales data

All sales data is submitted onto the intranet:

• Data for widgets is at: http://intranet/lists/widgets.html

• Data for wockets is at: http://intranet/products/wockets.html
• Need to login to get this data. Login details [here] (encrypted)
• Need to select last month and press OK

• If this data is incomplete, [[mailto:vp@mycompany.com] the VP] wants to be informed.

Updating the spreadsheets

• The main two spreadsheets to update are:
• file:///\\server\data\monthly\totals.xls
• file:///\\accounting_server\budget\actual_vs_projected.xls

Distributing the spreadsheets

• when the spreadsheets are updated, fax to:
