Update on El Capitan (OSX 10.11) issues for OSX

OSX users who have upgraded to OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) are reporting missing graphics and application freezes in Dogmelon games.
This affects some versions of Classic Solitaire, Classic Mahjong, and Sorceress Solitaire for OSX.

iOS versions (iPad, iPod, iPhone) are not affected.

Status: Resolved.

We have built new versions which resolve the reported issue.
New versions will be distributed over the coming days, as described below.

1. If you download games from our website

– Demo Users

Please re-download any demo (free) version from our website that is experiencing problems. All demo versions on the website have been upgraded to fix the problem.

– Customers Who Have Purchased Full Version

New versions are available. We will be emailing you a link within the next couple of days. If you don’t hear from us, please feel free to contact us.

2. If you download games from the Mac Appstore

We have submitted new versions to Apple’s AppStore. Apple doesn’t make them available for download until they review each App. This typically takes them about 1 week.

Please check your AppStore app for updates, and be sure to download the Dogmelon games when they become available.

This applies to both demo and full versions.
